We chose this hotel for our vacation, and this choice could not have been more perfect! Fantastic location in front of the lake, a few steps from the pier and the center of Pallanza! Very kind staff, and the highlight was the room with a small balcony with a view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands, indescribably relaxing!! Highly recommended

Is the hotel a little dated? Yes Are there parts that could do with some work? Yes. But I found the manager to be super friendly and patient with my less than perfect Italian. The room was large spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom was very modern with an excellent shower. I had a lovely view of the lake and the WiFi was pretty good. As a place to stay while you explore the lake or area I thought it was great. The price to book in person was the same as booking.com but I thought it was fair. There was also a decent enough continental breakfast.

Great location, with lake view room, clean environment, large rooms, friendly and professional staff. Great value for money.
