Horrible welcome experience: (1) reservation for a double bed and a single, we were given a room with 3 single beds, (2) fridge not working and we had to ask for a new one (3) 2 beds with dirty and poorly folded sheets and the 3rd without sheets (4) used roll of toilet paper

We stayed for one night; upon our arrival everything was okay, except for the room located on a mezzanine floor, therefore not accessible by elevator (for us it was not a problem, but it is something to keep in mind). Bathroom and room recently renovated, cute room. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the fridge was not working, and we were told that they were not aware of it; they offered us the possibility of keeping our things cold in their fridge. Okay. In the evening we went out and discovered upon our return that there was no hot water. We called (with our cell phone, because there is no phone in the room) and the guy, who was kind, answered us that he would report it. The next morning the situation was still the same, so we contacted the reception again; we were asked if we had tried running the water and other obvious questions, so the guy came up to the room, turned on the water, and confirmed that it was not coming out hot... we were told that there were no solutions other than waiting for another room to be cleaned and taking a shower there, but we decided not to accept due to a lack of time (since breakfast would be ending shortly). With breakfast being the icing on the cake because it is to be avoided, few things and poor quality, dark and hot room, air conditioners off and windows closed. At our check-out, we were apologized to and offered a coffee, which we refused.
