The photos on the site are misleading, perhaps it was like that once🤷‍♂️, the interior is clean and new but the exterior leaves something to be desired, the pool area needs more care and cleaning while the iron staircase and the tiles that are coming off are dangerous!

There are two points that lead us to give such a low rating. The first is the structure, defined as 4 stars but not deserving of them. The second point is the little consideration shown by the management towards the customers. For three consecutive nights, there was a power outage lasting from 1 to 2 hours; one night we had a romantic appointment at a starred restaurant and could not take a shower. We expressed our disappointment both verbally and through an email, but the response was that it was not their problem and that they would do nothing. We consider this behavior unprofessional and inappropriate treatment towards customers. We had already been to that establishment 4 years ago and at that time we had a good experience, but after this, we will definitely not return. A note of praise goes to the breakfast staff, who were kind, helpful, and attentive to customers; perhaps the management should learn from them.
