Beautiful setting, the resort is located in s Pine Forest behind a fantastic white sand beach. The sea is wonderfully turquoise! We arrived to be offered a free upgrade to Le Dune which is the most beautiful part of the resort! 😎 Overall we had a lovely holiday and found the resort to be almost perfect for our needs (mum, dad and 3 year old daughter). The splash pad, kids club (inc the Barbie house) went down well and were well used! We had amazing weather - deep blue skies all week and it was still 31 degrees ish without the intensity of the summer heat. However, one gripe was that parts of the resort were closed already, including several restaurants, bars and cafes etc, and the entertainment was reduced to a nightly band. They were very good though! It was a shame not to have all of the hotel trappings as advertised on the website. It was mid-September so very early for things to be closing, and some lunchtimes I was wandering around the resort trying to find somewhere that was actually open. Not what you’d expect at a high end resort like this. All in all, a lovely relaxing holiday but we wouldn’t go out of season again. I do miss that beach though!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Forte Village Hotel in Sardinia. From the start, we were so well looked after by the amazing team, with a special mention to Maria and Andrea for their warm hospitality. The hotel has a unique charm — a blend of traditional Sardinian architecture with ultra-modern touches like Japanese Toto toilets (in the waterfront suites), which were a delight. The grounds are vast, with mature trees that make for lovely shady walks in the heat. The resort really does offer something for everyone. Kids will love the sports academies (including Real Madrid Football), the Barbie Experience, the kids’ club, and the nature park with ponies, flamingos, and other animals. Adults can enjoy everything from Michelin-star dining to concerts in the piazza, lively DJ nights at the Tilkki Bar, luxury shopping, and the serene Thalasso Spa. You can see that people of all generations are enjoying their time, and many are returning guests. Forte Village is one of those rare places where you find it all — a beautiful beach, relaxation, sport, luxury, entertainment, and family fun in one. I can’t wait to return!
