Top-notch entertainment. Horse racing and horses are very good; a natural and very beautiful village. Food at the restaurant was below par, also a shame for the lack of assorted fruit. Overall, a positive experience.

Hello everyone, I am speaking about our experience at this resort. To begin with, we had a bad experience from the first day with a terrible welcome. We arrived with a temperature of 40 degrees and they didn't even offer us a glass of water (which costs 60 cents at the bar). We ate at the restaurant (buffet) where the air conditioning didn't even work, the buffet was miserable and the food was of very low quality, in addition to the constant presence of flies that landed on it. The structure is beautiful and well-maintained, but the sea is not what they make you believe from the photos, even though it is not their fault that the sea is dirty. They do not care about the customers, as there was a blackout all night in the hotel rooms, leaving us in the dark and without air conditioning (we had things in the fridge and we threw everything away). When my husband went to speak with the manager (who was very grumpy) to address the issue, he was treated poorly; she yelled at him, denying what had happened. In this village, you even have to pay for air, they charge you for what you consume at the moment while you are eating at the table, not at the end of the meal, and they don't even give you time. We requested all-inclusive, but it is reserved only for the French customers of Club Coralia. There is also discrimination among customers who are not treated equally. It is not like us to write these reviews because we travel a lot, but we have never encountered a situation like this.

A disaster; the rooms were spotless, but the shower required towels everywhere, otherwise there was water everywhere. For the non-Francophone evenings, they prioritize the locals, and for the French, it is late at night. The same goes for the dining room, which was suffocating; the dishes were good on the weekend, but the rest of the week, they only cooked the leftovers in different ways. For car rentals, it was a disaster; we are far from everything, but we managed to find a rental at Avis in Oristano. The only thing that was perfect was the park, just magnificent and very well maintained, as well as the pools. The all-inclusive option had a tiny bar, and the Wi-Fi was not great. For the beach, it is a 5-minute walk through the bungalows, a beautiful walk. We, who are used to going to clubs, do not believe this one deserves a 4-star rating. We are infinitely grateful to Sara, Léona, and Valentin; we wish them a lot of courage.
