After having gone there 2 times in 2025, this speaks volumes, we returned in July 2026, 13 days. The place is enchanting, the sea, as you know, is fantastic. Pain points: unprofessional staff, basic cuisine, repetitive buffet with little fish. First courses not up to the previous year, never once, main courses always meat, braised beef with 40 degrees outside temperature.....at the beach, bagna cauda sauce. Perhaps spending significant amounts, improving these sectors would be the minimum. Right? Mauro Saya

One of the best gastronomic experiences I have had in recent years. The Gardiana tasting menu is a journey built with intelligence, sensitivity, and technique. Every dish is studied in the smallest detail and manages to enhance the highest quality ingredients without ever being excessive. Chef Francesco Costantini demonstrates a great personality, proposing an elegant, contemporary cuisine rich in emotions. The wine pairing was simply incredible: every glass seemed designed to complement the next dish, creating a harmonious and surprising journey from beginning to end. A special round of applause to Maître Ciro Monaco, who with professionalism, attention, and passion made the service impeccable. His ability to describe the dishes and wines contributed to making the evening even more engaging. Compliments also to Sous Chef Alessandro Liotti, whose talent clearly emerges in the attention to detail and the excellent execution of the cuisine. Gardiana is the perfect balance between haute cuisine, hospitality, and great passion. An experience that is absolutely worth the trip and that I cannot wait to repeat.

In this resort, we found all the characteristics important to us for a vacation together: immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with a well-kept and very flowery garden, a welcoming and unobtrusive structure, attentive and kind staff from the moment of arrival, very quiet rooms (wonderful sleep!), rich and quality breakfast (the freshly prepared juices were very appreciated), a convenient private beach just a few steps away and, by car or bike a few km away, other postcard-perfect beaches. Enchanting pool, a resort in our opinion much more than a 4-star, it will certainly become our choice for future vacations!
