To begin with I list the positive things that made me give the two dots and not just one: the 360-degree view of the sea with beautiful sunsets, the very kind staff, the pool manicured by Michele and STOP.
The residence is totally in need of renovation, maintenance-free, with furnishings and taps dating back to the 1980s that leak and with the shower without a mixer. Recycled piece of furniture, with door handles that remain in your hand, uncomfortable chairs, a console 30x110 cm made to look like a table, the sofa recovered by putting a foam mattress wrapped in a cloth. Doors that don't open because they get stuck on the floor. Cleanliness inadequate to say the least: when I arrived I had to brush all the floors with a broom.
The whole building has pieces of external plaster that come off. The mattresses are smashed so much that at the end of the stay I had a bad back.
But I think the worst thing is the access road: to get to the sea you have to practice more than a kilometer of a dirt road with holes, hairpin stones and that in the evening is also populated by wild boars. Maybe this is not the fault of the residence because Torre delle Stelle has almost all the dirt roads and for this reason they would like to pass this country as a natural area when in reality it is a hill full of houses that unload you do not know where since there is no sewer for some of them, without clubs or shops except for two supermarkets that sell the essentials, without entertainment activities.
No, I definitely will not go back and would not recommend it to those who do not have a car at least a little tall, unless renovations are carried out. The structure, in fact, would certainly have great potential, but needs serious modernization.
You don't just live on panorama...
