Excellent property with trained and courteous staff. Excellent restaurant. The beach adjacent to the hotel is fabulous. The electrical outlets in the rooms and the Wi-Fi network need improvement, but it is a detail.

We stayed at this hotel (unfortunately) for only 5 days. We had a great time. Everything was even beyond expectations (which were high). Everything we experienced was characterized by great quality (from the food to the cleanliness), with an almost obsessive attention to the customer. And a special mention to Anna, whose passion for the work she does goes well beyond the average. Whether we were at breakfast or dinner, we always felt at the center of attention. Her empathy and professionalism should be an example for all those who, in any capacity, play a role in relating to others! Hats off!

The first four days were catastrophic regarding the dinner orders. We were a group of nine people and had a table for six and one for three, and we could not even order together. Some were finished with their meals while others had not even placed their orders. Poor service.
