Hotel Grazia Deledda

The location is a good starting point to see the Emerald Coast as long as you have a car. The car can be parked there for free. The breakfast was very good and the coffee or cola cao or whatever you wanted was prepared at the moment. The terrace where breakfast was had was a good place to start the day. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked that check-in was at 12 so I could leave my suitcases and be able to visit the beaches without all the junk on me. It has a refrigerator to store food if you bring it or cool water. I warned that I was going to arrive at 12:00 and in the end I arrived almost at 1:00 p.m. and the room was not ready and we had to wait half an hour. However, without asking, they changed our room so we didn't have to wait, so it was resolved quickly. The room and bathroom were nice and clean but old looking. I don't like that if breakfast is until 10:00, check out is at 10:00 also because then you have to go to breakfast earlier to be able to leave the room on time. The hotel was not bad but it was too expensive for what it was.

The structure needs to be refreshed, there are obvious signs of decay, rust on the radiators, windows that close poorly, peeling walls. There is not the slightest soundproofing, you can hear everything. The flat screen TV is present but not working... the boy tried unsuccessfully to program it and then disappeared without solving the problem. The breakfast is mediocre in quality. A note to the dark-haired waitress dressed in black: customers should be treated better... I have seen some scenes with foreign customers of total lack of availability and typical attitudes of those who are not willingly doing their job. There is a lot to improve.

We stayed overnight and had dinner at the hotel. The room was welcoming and clean, bathroom with double sink, fridge and TV. In the morning abundant continental breakfast and total availability to requests. The restaurant, terra e mare, met our expectations for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Also recommended for the hospitality, professionalism and availability of the staff
