Terrible experience. The only positive note is the location and the nearby beach, but it is not that excellent; there is much better in that area. Absolutely poor service. They seemed like beginners who didn't even know how to make a ginseng in a large or small cup. Very poor breakfast. Nice room but without any comfort, nor soaps to wash yourself; I would say it's embarrassing! The price of the room does not meet expectations and doesn't even come close; it's a theft! Staff of beginners! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

We had a wonderful two night stay at the hotel. The staff were all lovely and accommodating and worked with our 10am check in time without a blink. Having seen a few other of the 3 star offerings around Baia Sardinia (and having stayed in one) this is our top choice. Rooms are spacious, clean, have great terraces with sea views, and comfortable. Located right above a pretty sand bay/beach for snorkelling and swimming with beach chairs available for a small fee. An easy 10 minute walk from Baia Sardinia.
