Hotel, terrible service at the front desk. Nobody explains absolutely anything even though the hotel is very expensive. Really a displeasure. It is completely overrated

Our family had the best time. What was more gorgeous than the hotel was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Christina, Alex and the entire valet, concierge and housekeeping staff were attentive, helpful and made us feel so special.

Beautiful and Brand New Hotel..... Friendly and Attentive Service, Highest Welcoming highly recommended. Experience to repeat.
