Spacious, tidy, and clean, nice place, excellent location, quiet and welcoming. Cleaning fee of 80 euros excluding the stove requested at check-in. We struggled to find what we needed to enjoy cooking and doing laundry: no paper towels, no condiments, no coffee, no laundry soap, no spare toilet paper, simply... a bit superficial on these points. Be careful to check the hot water; they had to go activate the boiler under lock. Then the power went out, and again it was a cold shower late at night and early in the morning... paying is fine, but let's complete with that little bit that is still missing. Then, okay.

The apartment was comfortable and the airco worked fine. We especially want to thank Bela for his support, he is an excellent host and took very good care of us. Given the temperature it would be a benefit to have the terrace covered like we saw with other apartments so it will be possible to have breakfast without be exposed to full sunshine. We can recommend staying here as all is there for an excellent vacation.

Overall, a pleasant stay in an inviting accommodation in Sardinia. I really enjoyed the experience, although there are some points that could be improved: The lack of an internet connection is a significant disadvantage, especially for travelers who are on business or wish to extend their stay with remote work. A Wi-Fi connection would be a significant upgrade. Regarding the costs, the cleaning fee of €80 seemed quite high, especially since it is still expected to dispose of the trash oneself upon checkout – more transparency about what is included in the service would be desirable. In anticipation of the return of my deposit, I recommend the accommodation to all those seeking relaxation and who have no special requirements for connectivity.
