Le Dune Resort And Spa

I found the complex really beautiful and large. The servers were all friendly, especially Antonio.

Very good welcome in general from the Dune & SPA Resort staff. Special dedication to Antonio who was adorable at the pool bar near the Pomodoro, always smiling and helpful. It was also nice to have some employees who spoke French even if we always managed to understand each other with the others, between English-Spanish-Italian, etc.. The rooms were spacious (connecting rooms with the children) and the terraces well-appointed with enough space. The many restaurants were great with plenty of good things that we enjoyed throughout the stay (only downside, the bees😏) The breakfast buffet was really well-stocked (sweet, savory). A shuttle to the beach every few minutes and/or a shaded path to get there (3min walk) so very accessible. A great sports area that the children fully enjoyed. A friendly piazetta (arcade games, playground, "gelateria", bars, small market) Only downsides: 1) the sea not as accessible and calm as advertised on the website (very quickly deep, lots of waves, moreover access forbidden for 2 days), 2) some artists during the evening "shows" not exceptional. There should be more variety (not just singers). And if you stay more than 7 days, the same "shows" repeat. So there should be performances over 2 weeks. 3) the servers in the piazetta are not very responsive (sometimes 3-4 are chatting together and no one comes to take our order or they pretend not to see us so that one of their colleagues has to take the order). Furthermore, one waitress is nonchalant and always chewing gum, which is not a good image for the Resort. We understand that days can sometimes be trying, but customers pay for a service, and even if tired, the employee must not show it.
