Baia Del Faro

We stayed for a week and if you don't have high expectations everything is ok. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

Everything was spectacular, the apartment was very cute, comfortable, and clean, the location was excellent with respect to the center and the various places to visit, Costa Smeralda is 35 minutes away by car... Annina at the reception was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

We have been going on holiday to Sardinia for over 6 years and we chose Baia del Faro in Palau because our children have friends in the facility. My family and I (made up of 4 people) are staying for over three weeks in August. We will certainly return to the Costa Smeralda but we will absolutely no longer choose Baia del Faro, which over the years has seen a disproportionate and unjustified increase in price. The properties are not equipped with air conditioning and have no windows. The children's beds have a broken base, a replacement was requested but it never happened. The bathroom is now obsolete with a shower with curtain and dripping water jet. The kitchen has nothing that is necessary to organize a lunch or dinner. The power goes out all the time, you just need to have two lights on at the same time. Obviously we always reported everything but never received any feedback, in fact the ownership always seemed annoyed and arrogant.
