Campsite & village that, in my opinion, could have great potential. Very large and with beautiful vegetation, with the presence of eucalyptus predominating. Unfortunately, the management is truly terrible, both for the accommodations, which are very old and poorly maintained—especially the bungalows, which are in a state of total neglect—and for their poor ability to deal with the public and resolve problems. I did not have the pleasure of speaking with a manager because they were unavailable, and I was not given any certified email address to submit a formal request, even though it is impossible that they do not have one. When I presented my complaint verbally, I was told that they have a thousand complaints about the bungalows (shower without a tray, so water goes out all over the bathroom and the house; cracked walls and prehistoric paint; furniture that has survived at least one war; no lighting in common areas—"you walk around with your own flashlight"), but they had never heard mine. So they are the first to admit that the bungalows are dilapidated. My complaint was that nowhere was it communicated that it was practically devoid of stoves for cooking, as the only 2 burners present are flush against the wall and there is no room for pots or pans suitable for a family of three. The other accommodations, in fact, even have photos of the stovetop, but the bungalows are presented with a blurred photo of the kitchen. I never could have imagined that the photo was taken on purpose to hide the poor service. After 5 days of waiting for a solution from the staff, I requested my documents, leaving the payment pending but never refusing to pay, and the only solution they were able to come up with was to tell me to leave the village since I hadn't paid the balance. I found myself without accommodation on an island because they were incapable of finding a solution for me. It's a shame because, I repeat, I think it could have great potential given the nature of the place.
