This is a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices, but it does have good points. Pros: Great pool which is clean and spacious with good life guards Its own beach, albeit not nice to swim from because of the algae, it's a nice beach and the sunsets from it are wonderful The quality of the food is generally good and seems fresh and the restaurant is lovely to eat in, especially in the morning and outside The cleaning staff are very good, the rooms are generally well maintained and cleaned quickly Cons: Overpriced Rooms are not properly kitted out - this is a home from home if you are there with a family, but the room only had one plug socket, the TV was positioned to the point of being useless, WIFI is unstable and they need to add in more common sense necessities like a bottle opener or coffee maker - ALL of these would be standard in a 4 star They don't sell the second restaurant at all - you wouldn't know it exists if you didn't pass it (it's pretty good if you want a tasty, cheap pizza). Just provide guests with a map and list of services - a very simple and cheap solution that adds value The use of the ping table and tennis court largely stops for 3 hours at midday when an annoying woman basically tells everyone to hand back the bats etc so that ALL of the entertainment staff disappear for 3 hours all at the same time. NOTE: if you provide services, do it when the guest need/want them - always keep some staff available and the service active. Who in their right mind thinks that 5-6 staff should all go to lunch at the same time? Other guests also commented on how poor this is. This is simply weak management What this place really needs is better management, someone to visit real 4 star hotels so they can understand what they are competing against and be competitive on services, and then much better use of space. The large room near reception with a small TV and sofas is largely wasted space. Turn it into an evening bar - better use of space, more revenue, better options for guests - everyone benefits There are a few things they could do that wouldn't be too expensive, but would elevate the experience, but until they do that, it's a 3 star hotel only, and i've stayed in hundreds all over the world so i've seen the competition

Staying at this hotel was pure bliss. The setting is very beautiful, one of the most beautiful pools seen in hotels... no, THE most beautiful. During the stay, I also booked treatments at the SPA. A must-do if you wish to relax and reconnect with yourself. As for the food, I ate very well. With a special mention for Signor Sergio's "Primi"... worthy of excellent restaurants. Those who appreciate authentic Italian cuisine will find what they are looking for. And finally, a huge bravo to the staff "from the front desk to the people working in the dining room, in the kitchen, in housekeeping, in the green spaces, not to mention the lovely ladies at the SPA." In short, a very, very positive experience.

Here you find maximum relaxation, the pool is very large and welcoming, all the staff is kind and attentive, and the entertainment team is all friendly and engaging. The spa and restaurant are perfect. What can I say, I will definitely return.
