Cala Genone Beach Village

The property looks nice from the outside, then you enter the room and it smells like mold.. Air conditioner leaking water from 1918, cafeteria food like a nursing home (but the terrible ones).. The only thing that is saved is the entertainment staff. I do not recommend it at all.

I arrived at the property, which appeared very beautiful and large, then we entered the room, a room that was supposed to be for 4 people, we couldn't even open our suitcases because it was so cramped!! I found the blanket with a yellow stain, and after 5 hours it was changed at my request, then I found a champagne cork under the single bed, plus hair on the floor, our feet were black, not clean... we entered the restaurant, no air conditioning, there were 70s fans spinning hot air. Cafeteria-style buffet! I found myself in difficulty being celiac, too much cross-contamination, pre-cooked pasta that was very hard with sauces they used for everyone, dirty cutlery, I found them dirty with egg several times, and I lifted a plate and there was spaghetti stuck to it from the previous lunch. Pebble beach and a small piece of sea, always with pebbles. Staff was grumpy, but I understand them because it was constant complaining from the guests. Anyway, I have never seen such filth, I had stomach spasms all week. A disappointment

Aesthetically beautiful property... Dated rooms, the worst thing is the non-existent cleaning !!! They only change the towels but they don't clean, I voluntarily left my hair on the shower tiles... They stayed there all week... Dining room excellent, for the sauna 700 people without air ... Lousy and repetitive food... Rooms full of ants, in short, 4 stars, but who gave them to you ????
