Beautiful farmhouse in the hinterland behind San Teodoro. In 20/25 minutes by car you can reach all the beaches in the area and urban centers. The farm is surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet area. There is a small swimming pool very impressive. Ideal place for those who love tranquility. The owners are very nice and helpful.

We booked several rooms for 3 couples for 12 nights because this farm had great ratings, also the location was ideal to reach the different beaches and nearby towns. It was a disaster from the first day at breakfast there was little and especially nothing homemade as indicated on the site of the farm only industrial products (given the packaging in the bins of low industrial range cakes) apart from the eggs of the farm but only difficult, no scrambled offer as in other farms. No cold cuts, cheeses, homemade cakes as indicated on the site with supporting photos, and in addition the manager limits a coffee per person otherwise it costs! A disgrace. We asked for fresh bread as specified on the site, she arrogantly told us that the industrial sandwich bread she offers is fresh bread for her, while nearby there are bakeries that make good bread. It is a scam for tourists who thought to have lunch at home with the products of the farm as in all your farms. I have been to several farmhouses in Italy and Tuscany, I have always seen very hearty breakfasts and all homemade products, this is the first farmhouse where I saw this, it is a scandalous service, all to earn more on the shoulders of tourists. The rooms are not large and lack maintenance, in one of the rented rooms there was a big water leak, a pipe exploded and damaged several items, luckily we were there we had to wait until late in the evening to do the repair, which did we lose all afternoon. The warden can't even apologize for the inconvenience until the evening with her husband when he fixed it. Everything is made of junk and no maintenance, broken chairs, hanging floor lamps, broken shower curtains, we wanted to leave after this incident but the manager refused to reimburse us for the remaining nights. She is absolutely not kind and considerate towards these customers, she just thinks about doing business, that's all.!! In short, this farm should be avoided
