Beautiful sea as usual in Sardinia, excellent location with respect to beaches and everything else, but the residence is absolutely poorly maintained and cared for, including the accommodations and the gardens

Excellent location and tranquility, the facility is dated and poorly maintained, pool small and only partially usable, staff very helpful.

Unfortunately, the stay at this vacation home was a total disaster. From the moment we arrived, we realized that the photos on the website do not reflect reality at all. Here are the main problems we encountered: Nonexistent cleanliness: The house was visibly dirty. There was dust everywhere, cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings, and, worst of all, the bathroom and kitchen had not been properly sanitized. Old and neglected property: The building is definitely dated and lacks maintenance. The furniture is damaged, the window frames let in noise and air, the air conditioner was super dirty, and the beds were old and ruined. Lack of essential services: Advertised as having all the comforts, the house was actually lacking the most basic services. Note for future guests: I strongly advise against this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and decent stay. The price-quality ratio is absolutely unjustified.
