Bed And Breakfast Le Dune

We stayed the first week of August. Structure just expanded with brand new rooms equipped with outdoor kitchen (with fridge, induction hob, dishes, coffee machine with pods, tea towels and placemats) but reserved. The room was cleaned daily, towels and coffee pods always available. Plus not negligible is the new swimming pool (very comfortable on mistral days or just for a little 'relaxation) and parking, as well as the possibility of being able to use bicycles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the structure is convenient, 15 minutes walk from the center and close to the Cinta and the most beautiful beaches (Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Puntaldia...). We will definitely be back!!!

Breakfast was every day same just sweets from the supermarket, it was snack not food. Every single snack which was on breakfast table could buy in the supermarket. Our friends in other studios B&B had different breakfast so I suppose it isn't same sweat breakfast in all Italy. There was no wifi at all. Beds are uncomfortable, room is very small. They couldn't fix broken shower. Every time it fall at our heads. They just pull it up, didn` t fix it. There was a bad smell from the bathroom.There is noise from main road from cars we couldn't sleep. The rooms are located on top of a car reparation station so it has been quite noisy. They "clean" rooms every day but for 7 days we didn't get any new clean towels or new sheets. The worst thing was that they accused us that our negative review was because we asked for a discount at all our stay??? Which wasn`t true as we paid everything on booking 2 months ago before we got a room. And of course there are many other bad reviews where you can read all same things. It is very ugly when you argue with every bad review and lie about it. If you are already in tourism business then you should accept every critic and a bad review. That is the best way to improve your work, by realizing that every costumer has his own opinion.

The location is very good of this B&B cause the beach is very close. The bikes are a welcoming option cause the beach is near and you don't have to pay for parking at the beach. The breakfast was ok but not amazing, Me and my girlfriend we don't like packaged food, so the quality of the breakfast could be better. The service team was very friendly and helped us were they could. Unfortunately our bed was a little bit too soft but all in all it was a good location to stay in San Theodoro!
