Facility experienced last year with a very high 4-star rating!!! Returned this year, I WOULD SAY TERRIBLE Not even 1 star!!! Changed chef, changed pastry chef 3 staff members doing 450 rooms (upon arrival, if you're lucky, they won't give you the room before 8 PM... but the worst part is that if you arrive in the morning, you can't use the services like the beach and pool... I feel for the poor parents!!!! RECEPTION non-existent I asked for a pillow when I arrived on Friday... delivered on Monday after several reminders Towels changed every 2 days In a 4-star hotel, absolutely not!!!!! Bed changed, we had 4 pillows Sheets clean but terribly wrinkled and only 2 pillowcases instead of 4 changed... THAT IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE It is a 450 euro per day facility!!!!!! Repetitive, flavorless food Cold pizza Breakfast with industrial cakes and raw croissants, all squashed like snacks kept in a backpack I repeat....no no no!!! The only applause goes to the lifeguard VALENTINO The only 10 out of 10 Attentive.helpful.excellent worker Entertainment....nonexistent Village manager who thinks he's the cool guy of the village, guys who have no initiative, not engaging WE PAID 80 EUROS FOR THE CLUB CARD!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Dear manager, if I were you, I would search my conscience and revolutionize everything. To the girl at the reception, Chiara I wouldn't brag about putting up a sign saying you can't fill water bottles at the dispenser... I would look at the flaws, and what flaws they are, of the facility, and let the guests take water, also because with 40 degrees you won't lose anything never again I REPEAT IT IS A 4-STAR!!!!

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff always proved to be helpful and attentive. A special thanks goes to chef Marta, who made our experience even better. She was extremely friendly, kind, and professional, always ready to listen and satisfy our every need with a smile. Furthermore, she is an excellent cook: every dish we tasted was prepared with care, tasty, and of high quality. Compliments to the entire staff for the hospitality. We will definitely return and we recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming environment with excellent cuisine!

​We stayed at this facility as a group of 5, with a 4-month-old baby, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. As soon as we arrived, knowing we were not entitled to lunch, we simply asked to be able to warm up the baby bottle for the little one. We literally had to beg the staff just to let us use the microwave in the restaurant area: a disconcerting lack of empathy. Zero accessibility: To reach the room there are only stairs, a real nightmare with a stroller. The room itself had a loft with a very steep staircase to get to the double bed, forcing us to go "up and down" constantly with the baby in our arms. No access ramp for the beach shuttle, making the service unusable for strollers or people with disabilities. Services and Beach: Mobile network and Wi-Fi totally absent in the room. The beach lacks restrooms, showers, and walkways to reach the shoreline. Staff: Some members of the cleaning staff were rude and uncooperative: we were even prevented from passing while they were mopping the floor, despite it being the only access to the room to change the baby's diaper. Such management for those traveling with small children is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN.
