The expectations set by the website were unrealistic. Pool? Spa? Parking? None of this; the facility had opened the day before and was a construction site! No TV, poor breakfast, restaurant in an unwelcoming environment. The only positive thing was the staff's willingness to address these inconveniences. For these inconveniences, despite having informed the manager, we were not offered any compensation either on the price or on the services. In our opinion, if the hotel does not present itself as indicated on its website, it should be accountable to its customers or not open at all.

I have had the misfortune on occasion to have stayed in seedy hotels around the world and this resort has to be in the top tier of such awful places. Dirty, poorly equipped, poorly maintained and simply not worth staying at any low budget cost. This is supposed to be a 4 star resort and on Tripadvisor 3.4 Roundels. I am being kind enough to give it a 2 roundel rating at best. My advice, look elsewhere and do not stay in this place. If the hygiene is like it is now during this Covid pandemic, I shudder to think what it was like before!

Unsure how this is rated a 3.5* hotel on trip advisor, let alone 4* as a general. Hotel below par, photos very manipulative and look nothing like the actual rooms, pool is lovely but bars are beyond expensive. Above this the hotel is miles away from main town Olbia which means a bus or taxi journey to find some (decent) food, not the end of the world but very much not stated on websites. Above all this, tonight is our second night having arrived here from Gatwick yesterday, cleaning staff have taken €20 from both mine and my boyfriends wallets (€40 total), as well as 2 packets of cigarettes (pretty cheap in Italy as is), hotel staff offered a free spa treatment which was quickly swapped for a free meal when we said we wouldn’t be using their facilities, fair enough considering the cleaning staff aren’t their problem however they’ve replaced a missing €50 worth of things with a €10 meal. Definitely would not recommend to anyone and I would never say that lightly. Sardinia is lovely however this hotel is not.
