We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel itself was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The only downside was the payment experience. The credit card terminal offered Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), and I accidentally selected payment in U.S. dollars instead of euros. Although I immediately informed the receptionist and the transaction was corrected, the refund process ultimately left me with a financial loss that neither the hotel nor my credit card issuer has been able to explain or resolve. My advice to future international travelers is to pay close attention to the payment screen and always choose the local currency (euros) if given the option.

The welcome was very pleasant, the hotel is superb, with elegant decor and beautiful colors. The pool is splendid, and it is easy to find a sunbed around. As for the breakfast buffet, it is magnificent: a wide selection of hot and cold savory dishes, cakes, pastries, breads, fresh fruit, and hot and cold beverages. A huge thank you to the waitstaff, who are lovely and very professional. Head to this hotel and, above all, stay there for a long time!
