We arrived too late for check-in and the lady at the front desk was perfect: she left us the keys and sent us a video to guide us to our room. The breakfast was excellent and the welcome very warm. The hotel is located in the Alghero rugby team complex, with direct views of the pitch from the rooms. To get to the beach, just cross the beautiful pine forest. The room was very large, clean and comfortable, and free parking is a real plus. The value for money is incredible for Alghero. We recommend 100%

The best is that it is 2 min walk from the beach. Nothing more. Far Alguero, there's a bus. 125€ double basic breakfast. They are bungalows, they clean every 3 days. Access by a road

In describing this structure you can say nice things and even less beautiful, but it must be emphasized that it is not a classic b & b as you can imagine it and this means a lot in my opinion. The property is a couple of km from the center of Alghero and close to Maria Pia beach. The room is quite spacious with wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, TV, air conditioner and fridge, very useful. The bathroom is also quite spacious but very basic. All very basic, unpretentious, for those who settle for little. Unfortunately the water was never warm, but barely warm. But all very clean the interior, while the exterior leaves much to be desired. The mosquito net in the bathroom had not seen a good cleaning in several years, full of cobwebs, dust and crusty dirt and even in front of the door overlooking the grass the neglect was clearly visible. Unfortunately every night I found myself in the room ants and spiders that I regularly crushed because I would not dream of going to bed with the fear of being stung by a spider. Cleaning is done only once a week, at least for us it was so. For me this was not a big problem, because we visited a lot, but I think that instead those who go to the beach every day find the sand in the room for a few days is not pleasant. The two ladies who take care of breakfast and cleaning are very kind and helpful, both to solve problems, both to give advice. I needed to make a couple of requests and was immediately accommodated. There is no reception so much so that when you arrive you go straight to the room and the door is open. Speaking of access door, very dated, as on the other hand is the whole structure, lock with old key and that barely closed, but in my opinion are not so important things. One important thing is that in the description on booking it says that the rooms are equipped with a safe... instead it does not exist at all and this bothered me, because you should not write something that you know does not exist. As for breakfast, there is a bar detached from the rooms area with a small terrace. There is no bread, but only the chance to make a toast, then all packaged products, little stuff in truth and a croissant each that is heated at the moment, two carafes of juice and cereal and a choice of hot drinks that they make at the moment. Basically there is not much choice, and every day the same things, but still you do not go hungry! Internal parking is available to guests, but always open. In conclusion, we enjoyed it, the price was definitely cheap compared to many other places and the necessary was not lacking. Not having great claims for us was a good solution and choice! The only thing I recommend is a little more cleanliness in the areas overlooking the yard and mosquito nets and maybe some pest control just about everywhere.
