We booked an apartment right down by the beach. According to the description, it is 15 meters to the beach. The apartment is designed for four people, with two single beds in the living kitchen area. The approach to the beach apartments was quite adventurous, as the path is very uneven and unpaved.
We were very much looking forward to our vacation. However, when we arrived at the apartment, the first thing we heard was the music from the adjacent beach bar. This was constantly audible. The apartment itself was very dark and musty, the furniture very worn and aged. The descriptions on the internet and the photos do not match the condition we found on site. Even though the description states that the garden in front of the terrace is not included in the rental, there was various types of trash there, and one had to look at it the whole time while sitting on the terrace. As already mentioned, we were very much looking forward to this vacation and booked over a year ago based on a recommendation. However, it was a complete disappointment. Also, the distance to the beach did not correspond in any way to the description. We would definitely not book it again or recommend it. What can be said from our perspective is that honesty and openness should be the standard. And as mentioned, unfortunately, some details were omitted in the descriptions and photos.
