Hotel rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on Booking... A priori a guarantee of quality. However, upon our arrival in our room, we found bread, cakes, and drinks left by the previous occupants... Obviously, the room had not been cleaned. We asked for another room. We were assigned one, but of a lower category, small, dilapidated, and damp (foul smell) for the same price. Front desk staff incompetent and rude. As for the hotel, it is dilapidated and in a state of disrepair. In short, at €164 a night without breakfast, it is a RIP-OFF!

We had booked two rooms, one with two beds; upon arrival, there were two large beds and a discussion to get what we had reserved. We were told not to carry the suitcases during check-in and to leave them in the car in the parking lot, for which we had chosen this hotel. In fact, there are four spots that are often full. At the reception, I was told no worries, parking is paid. After some discussion, I was directed to another parking lot that would not have been offered to me if I had paid. And the horror, the back of the building is a real dump! The room had a very nice view, but we had to reattach the legs of the bed to make sure we wouldn't end up on the floor during the night, as the bed was still very wobbly. Breakfast is 15 euros; we assumed and noticed we were not the only ones that it was included. It is absolutely not worth that price; acceptable except for the juice machine that produces tasteless juices and the coffee machine that, depending on its whim, gives either a full cup or one that is only half full with the same order and the same cup. Otherwise, the staff (servers) are nice, and the interior cleanliness is impeccable, and it is true that the view is sublime.

More like a 2-star than a 4-star. Clean room but to renovate completely as well as the bathroom. Very nice view but difficult to park. This hotel is cute but lots of areas to improve and very far from the 4 stars. Lots of humidity in the room. Personal it goes without more
