We were at the Veraclub Porto Istana the last week of June, but it is the third consecutive year that we spend our vacations there. And in September we will return for the 4th time. I start by saying that, every time, we find with pleasure someone already known previously. Many people like us decide to return, because they feel comfortable, and if the village is always full, there must be a reason. The resort is certainly not new, but it is clean both in the common areas and in the rooms, then if you are looking for luxury, you are in the wrong place. The restaurant offers varied dishes of good quality; there is always the possibility to choose between meat and fish; pasta and rice are always al dente. The breakfast is rich and varied for those who prefer sweet or savory. Club formula not all inclusive, which includes water and wine with meals and espresso coffee at breakfast. All the people at the reception, the manager, the cooks, the waiters and the dining room managers, and the cleaning staff are always kind and helpful for any need or problem, just ask. The sea is certainly the pride and joy of this village, to say the least wonderful, and that is why it is always very crowded. Unfortunately, the concession allocated to them is not large, and therefore the sunbeds have little privacy, but since there is also the relaxation area, no one remains standing. And a little chat with the neighbor under the umbrella is also pleasant. We find the Veraclub assistant on site, Andrea, every year, a prepared, friendly person, always flanked by smiling, helpful colleagues. The entertainment staff are always ready to involve you in their activities, and where you don't want to, to exchange a few words anyway. All different people, some with years of experience, some beginners, but who with passion and a big heart try as they can to make us have fun. We can't wait to go back!
