Residence Cugnana Verde

We book in February to lock in the offer by paying the full amount. Among the various amenities, there was a washing machine and air conditioning. A couple of weeks before leaving, just to be safe, I double-check the reservation and magically these two things had disappeared. I try to contact them to get explanations with no result, I contact Booking (since I paid through the well-known portal) and they tell me that they will inquire with the property themselves. After several phone calls, they tell me that they were never there, but having the proof, I sent it to them. After several reminders, the people at the property canceled my reservation 3 days before leaving with the justification that they cannot fulfill my request. Unbelievable but true. In a rush, we look for another place to stay, again through Booking, and we have to pay for it in full (we had the ferry tickets that we would have otherwise lost). After a month and a half and a thousand phone calls to Booking, we finally received the refund of the amount paid in February, but if you can, just stay away from this property. Not serious people at all. At the end of the day, I think we were even lucky, because reading the various comments, it seems to me that if we had gone there, we would have ruined our vacation.

I can't believe it.. I had read the VERY NEGATIVE comments about this property, but letting myself be charmed by the price, we decided to book anyway. They canceled our reservation (already fully paid), two days before departure

The property canceled (due to overbooking, the 16th of this month) our reservation and the reservation of a couple of friends, the day before check-in, I strongly suggest NOT making reservations to avoid last-minute surprises, embarrassing to say the least, a response from the property would be appreciated since to date we have not even received the refund of the amount paid in February.
