Once excellence, today only the name “Boutique” remains I have been visiting this establishment since 2018 and have always returned with pleasure, appreciating the care and attention that distinguished it. This year, with the management transition to the neighboring restaurant, I unfortunately noticed a significant decline on several fronts. Reservation. The direct and personal relationship of the past has been replaced by an entirely automated process, without any human interface. You lose that welcoming touch that one expects from an establishment that defines itself as “Boutique.” Reception. The staff, young and courteous, however, appears to be poorly trained and not very autonomous in handling even simple customer requests. Parking. Shared with external patrons, it is accessed via a bumpy ramp that leads to an unpaved area, lacking coverage. A poorly maintained and impractical solution. Rooms. They need a review: the passage of time without adequate maintenance or renewal is noticeable. Privacy and security. The most serious issue concerns the cleaning staff: on one occasion in particular, around 10 in the morning, after knocking, they entered the room without waiting for a response, even though we were still present. An unacceptable behavior for any accommodation facility, especially for a hotel that positions itself in the "Boutique" category. Breakfast. Below the expected standards: limited selection of savory products and modest quality sweets. In summary: the name "Boutique Hotel Locanda Sant’Andrea" promises a carefully curated experience in details and hospitality, which unfortunately does not find confirmation in reality today. I wonder if the privileged location in Costa Smeralda is overshadowing the care for the guest that was once the true added value of this facility. It is disappointing to see the decline of a facility that I have appreciated for years, and I hope that these observations can be useful for a path of improvement.

I spent a weekend with my boyfriend and we really had a great time; a very nice place, welcoming staff, and super available for anything! The room was clean and had all the comforts, and the breakfast was good and varied. I can't wait to return next year!
