Family trip with 2 children in August 2026 Superb welcome from all the staff. Very close-knit, attentive, kind, and helpful staff. Antonella and Sandro, the owners, were present and attentive. Beautiful pool with reserved sun loungers. Excellent aperitifs prepared poolside. EXCELLENT room cleanliness with daily towel changes. A hotel that makes you feel pampered!

Today negative experience, booked for the afternoon but at the time of entry and payment no one informed us that there were 5 families with a dozen children, fully agree that they left him a lot of money, but since they practically occupied the pool just for them and reveled, if we had been notified at the time of payment I would have given up and gone to the sea, none of the staff has bothered to enforce a minimum of respect in comparison with other guests, we have always been regular customers but after today's experience I think I will put the cross.

My thirteen year old son had dinner and lunch at this hotel with the swimming team to participate in the regional competitions. Although we had agreed a few weeks before that the dishes did not contain dairy products because my son is severely lactose intolerant and could have been ill, he was served rice with butter rather than with a drizzle of oil as requested. Luckily my son noticed it and didn't eat it. But the lunch without a first course was insufficient to face a long day of competitions and furthermore it was paid full price in advance. So the experience was negative and we will certainly not return to this hotel. Not recommended for those who are intolerant to some foods.
