What can I say? Average: expensive, it is not in Costa Smeralda but in Palau, when it grows up it will be a real resort, that is, when it has everything in the room that the hotel industry provides for that category, when the restaurant is up to par, etc. etc. for now only the staff is up to par... naturally except for the restaurant staff

All the negativity is at the reception: the access staff is rude and does not give us the right advice The staff at the reception itself is not very clear or precise Luggage service: absent! Figure it out yourself The accommodation is not bad, The extra bed is not suitable for the child Very large complex Appreciable shuttle system Mini club is great The buffet is very good: luxury products like oysters/lobster... the buffet is hearty, diverse, varied Downside regarding the terrace restaurant: the wooden chairs 😳 The staff does not ask if the dishes are good The dishes are cold The rates are unjustified The pool is pleasant The solarium too (it is missing 1 or 2 umbrellas) The beach: shared with the campsite!!! And it costs extra!! Because indeed you can see the caravans and mobile homes from the solarium and the beach: a big, big downside for me!! The vacation was still good and relaxing

We spent four days at the Park Hotel Cala di Lepre and we can say that it was an extremely positive experience. Let's start with the location: a true village immersed in greenery, where tranquility reigns supreme. The nights are extremely calm and restful, while during the day it is possible to fully enjoy the aromas and colors of the Mediterranean scrub, with a splendid view of the Gulf of Saline in the background.. our room was spacious, well-kept, and equipped with all the necessary comforts; the bathroom was also excellent. We were in the upper part of the resort, a position that proved particularly convenient for us, especially due to the proximity to the parking lot and the exit, from which we could easily set off to discover the surroundings. Palau, for example, is reachable in just 5 minutes by car. The only possible downside is the considerable size of the resort. During the day, starting at 8:30 AM, convenient golf carts are available that provide shuttle service approximately every 10 minutes. However, we happened to have to walk to the breakfast area, as we are early risers and took advantage of the opening at 7:30 AM. The real highlight of our experience, however, was undoubtedly the staff. We felt constant and sincere attention to our comfort from the moment of arrival until our departure: from the reception to the golf cart drivers, from the pool staff to the SPA, everyone proved to be extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. An honorable mention definitely goes to the Le Terrazze restaurant. Dining room manager Sandro and his entire team made us feel particularly pampered, while at the same time offering impeccable, professional service performed to perfection. Ultimately, an excellent experience that we feel we can recommend and that we would certainly like to repeat!
