Our opinion is DIRE. We arrived at the hotel with our 8-year-old boy and we are told that because of a problem we are sent to another hotel in his group , what they “forgot to tell us” is that it was lower than what we had hired and paid 150 euros difference per night. When we arrived at the other hotel they understood our unhappiness at all times we asked to speak to the director we had hired and paid and they told us they would call us and he is still waiting to this day. It's a shame that you hire a hotel and you arrive unannounced and you're taken to another one than anything to see. I would NEVER recommend this hotel for the treatment from reception to address.

I am honestly fine with this place but I’m really shocked because they have all of these hidden fees. I had them wash my clothes and there was no posting of how much it would cost and I ended up with a $200 bill to wash some underwear, my pajamas, and a couple T-shirts. It’s absolutely disgusting. There is nothing posted (per their claim) and when I spoke to the manager, they just blatantly refused to give me a partial reimbursement —even though there’s nothing in their documents indicating that there’s a fee!! I mean the food is extremely overpriced and relatively average or poor, but the rooms are fine but outdated. There’s a great view and centrally located Just very poor customer service and beware of the hidden fees. I ordered a vegetable soup and a side of mushrooms and it cost me almost €100.

I spent a fantastic week at Hotel Sporting in Porto Rotondo where Welcoming and kindness are the order of the day. The location is truly unique! I will be back....
