Il Giardino Segreto

Dark and cold room, the heating probably had been turned on just before our arrival occurred in the late afternoon so the room was cold and damp, bathroom without heating the towel rail present is not working, TV remote control not working and TV button that works badly, sheets not ironed and of an unclear color as well as unironed and rough towels, smashed mattress as well as pillows, missing foam bathroom and courtesy products. Breakfast only on request and for a fee well € 15, I wonder where it would have been served given the presence of only two tiny tables in the common area where there is a small kitchen that behind the counter hides empty bottles waste and mess not to mention the refrigerator that even contains the frozen food of the landlady....... Congratulations to the photographer who best represented a situation does not correspond to reality...... for us not recommended

The judgment is dictated by the fact that the photo book published on booking does not match reality. Applause to the photographer. For what paid the only acceptable thing is the car park, which for 15/16 hours is onerous. Approximate sheets not ironed, indefinite color. Indecent terrace. lacked the necessaires for hygiene (soap, shampoo)..At the cost of being repeated because already 'highlighted by other soft towels such as sandpaper coarse-grained.The availability of 'host contrasted with what was found. The optional bidee? What else to add but a huge thumbs up. Structure to avoid I DID NOT RETURN EVEN FOR COMPENSATION

Great place, in the center perfect for a city break, the owners very kind and helpful in any request... Thank you for welcoming us. Simonetta..
