Unfriendly staff. Inside the room: torn curtains and dust. Bathroom: strong odor coming from the shower drain. Breakfast: pastries heated days before.

Service, staff, and facility absolutely NOT adequate for a 4-star hotel. I stayed 9 nights at this hotel and the experience was unpleasant. The housekeeping staff was rude, and for two mornings in a row, they entered our room at 9 in the morning even though we had hung a “do not disturb” sign outside. The breakfast staff did not bother to provide adequate gluten-free options for my partner, who has celiac disease (despite me having reported it during the booking process and also at check-in); furthermore, the same staff members replied to us in an annoyed manner to set the breakfast table ourselves. The website advertises ample free private parking, but in reality, a parking space was not guaranteed for every guest because there were very few parking spaces available. Terrible soundproofing of the facility: the room doors did not block the noise coming from the hallway and the elevator, and it was impossible to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because we had a departure the next day. The rooms are furnished simply, cleanliness could be improved, while both the staff and breakfast are of good quality. Additionally, we dined at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed a very good dinner. The dishes were well prepared, and the restaurant staff was very efficient and courteous.
