You cannot tell a customer who paid 300 euros per night (even with half board) in June that the beach service is available from 10 AM. Especially since breakfast is served from 7:30 AM, so after breakfast ends at 8:30 AM, I would have to wait an hour and a half for a sunbed and an umbrella. Despite all the umbrellas being fixed wooden ones, I am told that I can sit on the ground or in the free beach area. Only for this inconvenience, it would have deserved a score of three, but I would not have been honest, which is why I gave four out of five. Because the experience in general was excellent, the restaurant operates well and the food is good, the room was a superior one on the 4th floor, completely renovated with a brand new bathroom and a stunning sea view, breakfast was absolutely not essential as I read in some reviews but was excellent and abundant with cappuccinos NOT made from a machine like in other 4-star hotels. I would not have been fair to all the staff, especially at the reception Antonella and Cristina, the pride of the establishment, but also in the restaurant, everyone was truly kind and professional. Yes, it is true, the hotel in some areas needs modernization as it is a bit outdated, but it cannot be penalized for someone who manages tourism without knowing anything about it, I am naturally referring to the beach service managed by whoever. And since I am objective, I want to emphasize that the stretch of beach is the most beautiful of the entire beach (including the renowned Forte Village full of stones and seaweed), the rows of umbrellas are very far apart and there are only two or at most three rows, and above all they are paid separately but very little (24 euros in the front row and 10 euros from the second). The sea is the sea of Sardinia, no ifs or buts. So it is a shame to drown in a glass of water.

Clean hotel set in a beautiful pine forest, very kind staff... Ms. Cristina is truly professional and very courteous... Ambra, the girl at the bar, is very kind, well-mannered, always with a smile and a kind word and gesture... top... the waiter Matteo and the maitre are very kind, courteous, and helpful... the masseur Tommaso is also very professional... what can I say, a vacation in complete relaxation with the sea 40 steps from the hotel... and what a sea! Good cuisine. Beautiful pool with salt water. I read negative reviews... but I really don't know what I could complain about or how others did... I would go back again and highly recommend it for those who want to spend days in complete relaxation and for those who do not love nightlife and confusion.

Noise from the air conditioning - very loud, the walls vibrate everywhere, impossible to sleep. Smell in the sewer bathroom. Small room - we were placed clearly in a single room, it was necessary to do gymnastics to get into the bed on the side of the balcony. There's only one bedside table for a double bed. Just a place to charge and place the phones. (in 1970 this was obviously not a problem but in 2025 in a 4* hotel yes) It is worrying that the entity that manages tourism in sardegna keeps this hotel as a 4*. Typical breakfast and dinner from a 2* hotel 2 of 3 days without internet. No safe in the room.
