Pleasant stay; welcoming property. The location is not ideal for reaching the town on foot, nor the Rena Bianca beach, which, by the way, we only discovered on-site was a paid beach. The hotel staff is very courteous; the cleanliness of the rooms, a bit dated for a four-star hotel, is very good; the pool is scenic and well-maintained. The highlight is the high-level cuisine, including the gluten-free options; therefore, our warmest compliments go to the chef! The dining room staff is exquisite, with reference to Giorgia, Leo, and Rosario; a special thanks goes precisely to Rosario, who stood out for his cordiality, high professionalism, as well as the attention paid to me as a celiac person. An oracle for choosing beaches and the related weather is Michael, the empathetic shuttle driver and handyman within the hotel. The receptionists are affable and courteous. A few suggestions to improve the service: - increase the breakfast offering and indicate the type of desserts proposed which, instead, are displayed without names (it would be useful to write: "strawberry tart, coconut cake, bundt cake with chocolate, etc.) - guarantee the shuttle service to more guests and not just to 4-5 per individual time slot - provide the bathroom with daily toiletries that befit a four-star hotel (shower gel and shampoo) - equip the rooms with electronic access via card

Fantastic hotel very close to Capo Testa, very kind staff, exterior with bar and pool very clean and well-kept, I would say top for everything from breakfast to the stuff, it's a pity that there is no music and no aperitifs organized at the pool, but for the rest I would say excellent hotel, a note on the bathrooms, shower stalls a bit old, but room clean and towels and sheets changed every day, excellent cleaning by the room maids, I will return but always to the same room, perfect for us because it has a mini fridge inside.

Excellent location for the most beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very beautiful and relaxing garden with a pool. Excellent cleanliness. Spacious room but with small flaws. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the bathroom is a bit dated. Excellent and well-stocked international breakfast. Recommended
