I have to rewrite my review on this hotel as the proprietor or the manager apparently managed to make my opinion, to which I am entitled to, disappear from this site because someone clearly is incapable to handle the truth. I though/think Tripadvisor is all about that though -truthful opinions.
I went to this hotel in the summer, last year, with my girlfriend. We did not feel good there at all, as we were given the feeling to be supervised all the time, the guests are prohibited to eat in the rooms, which made us feel like we were two little kids at cranky grandma’s house who have to obey her rules and have no freedom. Of course, we had freedom there, I do not want to exaggerate, but our stay at this hotel felt like we were supervised.
One of many big minuses: there is NO internet in the rooms, but only at the entrance, where it can get crowded very fast as it is very small and equipped with only two or three seats, which should apparently be enough for the 30 guests that this hotel can receive! (?) Ridiculous and quite a deception after you read on the reservation sites that there is internet in the rooms and then there is none. And I can tell from personal experience that in the summer it is horrible to be in the entrance rooms also because it is so hot, no air conditioning (as the hotel wants to save wherever possible -more about savings on the cost of customers you can read below), so you can drown there in your own sweat.
The food was not good, the breakfast, which I see some people here liked, was a disgrace. It is not even worth mentioning; it was so cheap that it is just not worth the sensible mouth of a gourmand. I ate it the first two days, the rest I did not even bother to go -me and my gf ate our own food in the room. I also believe it was not fresh -btw. the (b)old Italian mister, that works at the reception, is all the time around you even when you eat breakfast, kind of supervising. Yeah, I sure felt comfortable then…
What was clearly a thing that should not happen (it happened ONLY ONCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE) was the fact, that we were prohibited to eat in the room. This was an inhuman and ludicrous invasion into our personal freedom and privacy of the room we have expensively payed for! When in your room you sometimes want to have a snack after a long and exhausting swim, don’t you?! Well, not at Buddi Hotel, cause on the door there is a clear sign that prohibits this (for the hotel apparently) “inhuman action of eating” because of the chance of messing up the room. But of course you can drink, as there is a minibar there so the hotel can charge you the beverages. As if with drinking/spilling red bull or coca cola on the floor or on the sheets you can’t make the same or even worse mess then with eating a sandwich. Here the double moral is more than obvious. If there was food in the minibar they would let you eat it, because they would make money out of it, but as there is none they want you to either starve or go down to the hotel restaurant so they can (again) make money out of you. It’s so transparent a little child would understand.
I certainly do not recommend. I am not going to say which hotel is better, but avoid this one if you don’t want to risk experiencing the same things we did. So much about that.

May be for one night because the beach there is nice but not at all for the hotel or the amenities. Ok, rooms are what you can expect as a very strict minimum but
1) Do not except anything that a room. There is nothing else in this hotel, even the elevator does not work
2) Wifi is available only if what is called lobby, an overheated room with two chairs at the entrance
3) air conditioning works only after 6 so if you want to relax in your room in the afternoon, you'd better like the heat
4) Do not expect to eat anything in the room even a sneaker, the owner checks your garbage can and reminds you that it is forbidden to eat in the room
5) parking is free yes, but when you can find place to park because there is not a parking for the hotel
6) Forget about the pleasure of the breakfast, it is one of the most basic one I ever had (And I do travel quite extensively for my work)
7) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (except the beach to be frank) so the only option if you do not want to take your car to have dinner is either to eat ice cream in the nearby gelettaria or to have dinner in the hotel with the owner/cook/receptionist/waiter/watchdog and no other customer than you. Imagine the freshness of the food.

The hotel is just by the beach.
It is a small, nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, and very quiet.
Perfect if you want to relax by the beach.
Unfortunately, the beach is not the best you can have, but if you rent a car, there are many spots you can visit in less than 1 hr driving.
Food is great, really good.
Francesco is very careful and he tries to provide everything you request.
