Cala Caterina Beach Resort

This is a quite exceptional family run hotel. Having stayed in many hotels around the world the service in this hotel is top notch. It is quite clear that the whole Cala Caterina team are committed to provide the best possible experience for their quests. Attention to detail is obvious. The food is excellent and the ambience is delightful. The wonderful beach is a short walk through the hotel Gardens. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was much better than we expected! We had booked a comfort room with garden view and after a disappointing stay at another hotel in a deluxe room, we were expecting to be disappointed. However the room was spacious, quiet, very clean and had every facility you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had an excellent range of choices and we enjoyed the live music in the bar. We rarely eat in the hotel restaurant where we stay but here the food was so good, both in choice and standard that we ate in all five nights. Particularly liked the Sardinian night. Only drawback is the parking -the hotel does not have its own car park and parking was a nightmare -it involved parking on the roadside and then checking every hour to see if a place had been vacated in either of the two nearby public car parks.

Very nice garden and cozy restaurant with good food. Lunch is served by the pool and everything is always very well taken care of with a fine service.
