Palm Village

We booked this establishment more than 9 months ago during a motorcycle road trip for three nights. The description and photos on the establishment's website seemed perfectly fine. Once we arrived on site, we were given what I think was the worst room in this "village". The bed was "wedged between the French door and a small low wall that separated the kitchenette; it was a room for people with reduced mobility. The space I had to get out of bed was about 20cm along the entire length! I'll let you imagine how many times I hit my head getting up! I won't even mention the bathroom, which was older than my grandmother's and very poorly maintained. (the shower door was wobbly) The price paid for this room is absolutely not in line with what it is worth (more than 210 euros per night, after all) For this price, the only positive thing is access to a private beach with a beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs included (a magnificent beach, it must be said). For this exorbitant price, we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper!! not to mention that the room was not cleaned, and the bath towels were not changed. No beach towels for the pool. Fortunately, we did not pay for cleaning because we were only staying for 3 nights (if the stay exceeded three nights, we would have had to pay for it) Upon our arrival, we immediately went to express our dissatisfaction at the front desk, and we received this response from a person present: that one should not trust the photos, that they are misleading!! In short: The worst value for money of our vacation and of all my travels combined. This would deserve compensation.. All this to say that I will never go back there!

I stayed in this splendid residence and I am returned home truly satisfied. The location is fantastic: a stone's throw from the beautiful Simius beach and close to the center of Villasimius, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot. The availability of reserved umbrellas on the beach is also very convenient, a super service! Not to mention the pool... what a wonder! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. A heartfelt thank you to Francesca for the wonderful welcome, her availability, and her great professionalism. She was clear and present, helping and guiding me in the selection and booking process. I also thank the entire staff. Highly recommended! Federico

We stayed in this residence with our family from June 11 to 14 and we were truly enthusiastic about the experience. The location is simply perfect: very close to both the beautiful beach of Simius and the town center, allowing for easy movement even on foot. The availability of reserved umbrellas on Simius beach, next to those of Tanka Village, was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, with adequate space for a family and a beautiful sea view. The real added value was the splendid veranda, where we spent a large part of our free time and dined every evening in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We also wish to emphasize the extraordinary courtesy and professionalism of Francesca and her entire staff. Despite a small inconvenience during our stay, they were impeccable in handling it, demonstrating great attention towards the guests and even granting us a very welcome late check-out. The sea and beaches in the area are enchanting, the residence turned out to be an excellent choice, and Francesca was truly fantastic. Highly recommended in every aspect. We can't wait to return!
