Villa delle Palme

Nice clean apartment, very good pool, parking spaces available. Some noise from nearby road, but did not really bother us. The weakest point is getting in and out here - you absolutely need car or scooter to get places, walking is not nice or safe option unfortunately.

VILLA DELLE PALME IS A SMALL CORNER OF PARADISE IN ACITREZZA. WE STAYED FOR A WEEK IN ONE OF THE APARTMENTS OF THE COMFORTABLE, WELL-KEPT VILLA EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A PLEASANT STAY! THE VILLA IS SURROUNDED BY A LUSH MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN, THE SWIMMING POOL IS BEAUTIFUL AND ALWAYS WELL KEPT PERFECT FOR RELAXING IN TRANQUILITY. THE LOCATION IS IDEAL: VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA BUT AT THE SAME TIME RESERVED SO AS TO ENSURE PEACE AND SILENCE. THE STAFF IS ATTENTIVE AND READY TO MAKE EVERY GUEST FEEL AT HOME. A PLACE THAT COMBINES RELAXATION, BEAUTY AND AUTHENTIC HOSPITALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR BOTH SHORT GETAWAYS AND LONGER STAYS.

We rented a studio apartment for twenty days in August, we had a really bad time! Upon our arrival the apartment (tiny and isolated) was delivered dirty, with dirty sanitary ware, dust everywhere, dirty floor with black patches and dishes completely encrusted by previous tenants. I had to dust the closet to put my clothes on it. Made known to the owner who sent someone but the situation has not changed. No kind of cleaning despite it being written “daily” at the time of booking. They did not even provide us with the shower mat, in fact every time we flooded the bathroom, the change of sheets (repeatedly requested) made with a short-sleeved shirt instead of pillowcases when we were fine, otherwise we had to wait 3 days. There is not even a light on the patio to have dinner in the evening, by lemongrass light!!! For the entire holiday we took a shower with boiling or cold water. Papers in front of the apartment remained there from the first week. Rude owners (not even greet when they meet you) and not at all available. Would not recommend it for a long stay.
