Property and welcoming owner. No annoying noise in the surroundings for all-around relaxation. The room assigned to us, perhaps due to its location, was always cool without the need for air conditioning. The German shepherd named Bella was fantastic, used to people and playful.

The location is strategic for visiting the Valley of the Temples and Scala dei Turchi. The agriturismo is located in a fairy-tale setting. The structure is welcoming, and the furnishings and details are very well cared for. The owner is also an excellent cook. The pool and the surrounding environment are truly relaxing.

Absolutely terrible accommodation. Electrical outlets were loose in the wall, there was a smell of grease in the bedroom, which looked like a storage room, the bathroom was in need of renovation, and the bedding was musty. But the worst part was that our dog was attacked by the host's dog, even though we had our dog on a short leash and our dog was completely peaceful. Unfortunately, the incident was dismissed casually by the host. The next day, it happened a second time, and this time it was even more severe. Unfortunately, there was no other way out than to go through the garden with the host's German Shepherd. Since the host made no effort to prevent such a situation, we had to leave early for our safety and find another accommodation at our own expense. Refunds were unfortunately zero. It was even denied that this incident had occurred. Booking.com, through which we had booked, was unfortunately no help. In such a case, the price for the missing overnight stay should have been refunded. Conclusion: never again Regio Sarracena and never again booking.com.
