All Seasons Catania-Acireale

Strategic location and average breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, one morning after cleaning, they left the door open all day; we clearly noticed it when we returned around 8 PM. Fortunately, no one entered; aside from personal belongings and passports, the reception's response was, "Okay, we will inform the cleaning ladies." From there... silence for two days. I add that the following day, they didn't even provide toilet paper. Clearly a major management issue; I would have expected at least a response, even if it was just an acknowledgment, but not a "pretend nothing happened, as if it were almost normal." Not recommended.

Great hotel standard ibis style above average. Large rooms, helpful staff. It gets better than the Mercure of the island, except the coffee! Good bed, digital temperature control, great shower, door counter for parking and leisure. Apartments in the main building and rooms in the garden. In the garden rooms there is parking space at the door, but there is a short walk from the main block, where breakfast is served. Small shopping next door, with good supermarket. Located in the charming satellite town of Acireale, 15km from Catania, at the foot of Mount Etna. It lies between Catania and Taormina, being great as a base. Cost unbeatable benefit!I recommend and will return for sure.
