B&B AlbaChiara

A good location for those who love nature and walks, a clean place with very helpful and friendly managers.

I was really disappointed in this place in San Leone. At first the idea seemed nice: a table with food on display available to customers. Too bad that instead of making us feel welcomed, the staff showed little courtesy. We witnessed embarrassing scenes in which children were told, even, “not to take too much” from the buffet... but only to us! Other customers, however, were not made any observation, despite us having bought several drinks, especially drinks. I find it unprofessional to make food available to everyone and then make distinctions, creating discomfort and a sense of injustice. An experience that, unfortunately, does not tempt us to return.

AWFUL! I'm sorry to have brought my friends to this Obscene place, the first thing they told us as soon as we arrived with the suitcases in the car to get off was the balance of the rooms after sending them the down payment, Not even a glass of Welcoming Water after my friends had done 3 hours drive, cmq we pay go up to the room before what we open the fridge to get a drop of Water and... FRIDGES BROKEN IN SUMMER IN ALL ROOMS and Not even a bottle of water that you can find even in the most scarce 1 star b & b... (Remember it costs 15 cents a bottle) After paying more than 100€ per room per night. We call to complain and they tell us that the refrigerators kept the temperature (which is not true) Bad! Anyway we go down to buy it 1.50 € a bottle, after 1pm we go down to the beach and they charge us for the whole day bed even there bad, we take lunch and I ATTACH YOU the photo of the plate of Caprese that we served at 11 €... I AM ASHAMED FOR YOU AS A SICILIAN! with stuff like this you are from Complaint! The guy from the beach serves us things with a cigarette in his mouth!! I stop here and I don't want to continue anymore because it made me look bad with my friends since I proposed it, many friends were waiting for my feedback to book them too... WELL THE ANSWER IS... DON'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Even the dirty sea water like there is a sewer discharge near!!! IMPROVE YOURSELF you have potential in hand and you are not able to handle it PROPERLY (next to it there is the ocean sea where then we went to eat and drink there very well and lower prices of this beach)
