B&B Catania City Center

The Wonderful Italy accommodations booking site is a scam! Stay away! They use legitimate sites like Vrbo to advertise the accommodations then switch to another booking a short time later. Once they have secured that booking they completely ignore all communications. That also includes responding to your request for a refund. If you think you are secure because your booked through Vrbo well good luck on that as well. Vrbo has been of no value to me! Airbnb and Booking.com at least respond and help with your refunds!

> Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and ameneties. > Incredibly helpful accommodating staff who accepted early check-in due to previous guests leaving early. So understanding too when my son felt sick on the bed. > Easy check-in using box/code for keys, and easy check-out by simply leaving key in apartment door > Very useful facilities (office) where we were able to leave our suitcases while we traveled light before/after our flights.... > Room was spacious having everything we needed for coffee, warming up food, refrigeration, AC, beautiful long balcony with amazing Etna view.... an all-rounder!! > Communication with the owners was super easy and efficient - from booking date 1 month prior - all the way to arrival date - with address being sent via whatsapp and everything made easy. Thank you Angela & your beautiful employee at the office, who was so gentle and kind to us. We can't wait to come again and we will keep recommending your accommodation to everyone!!
