B&B Villa Valentina

A nice , quit B&B, close to Agrigento's high-lights. Lillina and Gaetano gave us a warm welcome. The restaurants he recommended were great. one word, perfect. I forgot my mobile battery charger and big surprise, after a few days I received the charger. Thanks again Gaetano.

The place was convenient if you want to visit the Temple grounds. It is a clean villa, and the couple than runs the Villa are nice. The breakfast is very basic, continental style, good Italian coffee and some bread or store cookies, some fruit or yogurt.

If you are looking for the real Italian experience this is it. We were looked after by the lovely owners, getting freshly made cake at breakfast, good recommendations for dinner and maps to the city. Easy access to the temples and after a couple of attempts a not too difficult drive to the city of Agrigento (which looks dreadful from a distance but once you get in to the old town it's well worth the visit) The facilities may be basic but the place is kept spotless and there's AC for the warmer days. A really good find for the price.
