Best Western Dioscuri Bay Pala

A wonderful place, we had a great time, the staff was very kind, everything wonderful. We highly recommend it and it is truly a beautiful hotel.

A hotel clearly more suited to seminars (large rooms, large round tables like a sales motivation meeting...), than to vacations as a couple. Decent room but old-fashioned bathroom. Level of service reduced to a minimum (no staff at the reception at noon, breakfast tables to be set by the customers, etc.). Very noisy environment, pool equipped with a loudspeaker with the volume at max, and the surrounding restaurants playing at who will play the music the loudest... not to mention the amusement park installed a few dozen meters from the hotel... Fortunately, we had only booked two nights...

Good location Air conditioning isnt great Good breakfast choices Bar closes at 11pm Needs some work as the deco is dated and parts of hotel look dirty. The pool is great with a nice atmosphere and view. Pool bar run out of things quickly and some umbrellas need replacing as at least 3 were broken. Car park gets full quickly and even if your a guest, youre not guranteed a spot meaning we had to park in a public car park 2 mins away. Quite expensive for B&B. Its classed as a 4 * but closer to 3*
