Citta Del Mare Hotel Village

My stay was very disappointing. While the room looked nice, the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. The food was a major letdown—very limited selection and poor quality. Staff forces large portions of unappetizing food, forcing us to eat in town. Hygiene is a major issue: the plates in the dining area were dirty, and I even saw a plate covered in ants left on the floor near my room. Additionally, the pool slides were dirty. Noise was a huge problem; loud music played until 00:30, forcing me to sleep with headphones on just to get some rest. The only positive was the friendly staff. Overall, the hotel needs better cleaning and a massive improvement in food quality. Do not recommend.

Our family had a wonderful holiday at Città del Mare, once again. The resort is truly beautiful .. from the splendid pools to the peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time together. The staff were always kind and welcoming, and the chambermaids kept our room spotless, comfortable and inviting throughout our stay. But what truly makes our experience special every single time is Letizia Muscat, the Maltese agent who has become an essential part of our holidays. Letizia gave us this opportunity once again to spend precious family time in a place we love. For any query, big or small, she was always there : available, patient and ready to help with genuine care. She definitely knows how to do her job, and she does it with heart. It is thanks to her professionalism, dedication, and warmth that we returned for the fourth time. She consistently offers more than we could ever expect, and we are truly grateful for everything she does to make our stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Città del Mare is a beautiful place, but Letizia is the reason it feels like home.

We stayed from the end of June to the beginning of July (15 days) in this hotel, we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Positive points: * the setting of the hotel with a very beautiful view * the swimming pools * the responsiveness of the front desk, we had an air conditioning and safe problem and the necessary action was taken during the day * the reservation-only restaurant "le capanuccia", very good pizza and top-notch staff Negative points: * Beware of a huge number of groups of teenagers (Elite English/basketball ...) who have no respect, thanks to Giulia the hotel manager who allowed us to sleep properly the last night before catching our flight * 1 restaurant was reserved for groups but they still came to the other restaurant, for information 2 very noisy restaurants, and we were regularly shoved, and 3 reservation-only restaurants * Hotel 6km from Terrasini, bus stop in front of the hotel is a ghost, we tried several times and it never came, the hotel shuttle is expensive 15 euros per person round trip with two time slots: 9am departure 12pm return or 4pm departure 7pm return * Shuttle to the beach (every 30 min) a total mess, no organization, shoving and lack of respect, we went there twice * Fake all-inclusive, from 11am to 11:30am only fruit at the Olympic pool, while the restaurants open at 12:30pm, and from 6pm to 6:30pm slices of pizza or rather bread with toppings are offered next to the mini golf while the restaurants open at 7:30pm, the hotel really needs to look at a real all-inclusive like the one offered by hotels in Greece, Tunisia ..., and given the size of the hotel have more places for these snacks. * The excursions are expensive, plus meals and tickets are not included, we advise you to rent a car, it is more cost-effective * Beware 90% of vacationers are Italian and the entertainment is in Italian or English.
