Fiesta Hotel Athenee Palace

Great pools, lots of loungers (no need to scramble for one early in the day) Service a bit mixed…staff at bar and dining areas very personable and helpful. Not so much at reception and service desk - no major issues but attitude sometimes questionable for a 5 star hotel. Food choice generally good, quality again ok as you’d expect for a 5 star hotel although the buffet restaurant is a bit ‘canteen’ish. Only major gripe was the gym…a decent facility but with no air conditioning or fans to cool the temperature. So pretty much unusable on peak summer months.

We had a lovley stay at the Grand Palladium. The staff were so friendly, in particular, Giovanni, angelica, sophie and rossella. They all made an effor to make us feel welcome. Hotel room were clean and comfortable and the food was great with lots of options woth the four al la carte restaurants and rhe variius buffets. We upgraded to the signature level which for the more relaxed and exlcusive breakfast area, was worht it alone. Thanks.

Bali beds were worth the money. Sam who took care of us at the Bali beds was super attentive and helpful. Pay up for the signature level.
