In an excellent location, this hotel, which boasts 4 stars, appears rather modest. At the reception, there is only one person, who is often busy elsewhere. Common areas at the entrance of the hotel are a bit cramped. Lacking for a 4-star hotel is also the bathroom amenities: 1 soap dispenser at the sink and one in the shower - nothing at the bidet - and 2 disposable shower caps. Regarding breakfast: despite being informed upon arrival that the service opens at 7:00 AM, at 7:15 the buffet (which is nothing special) was still being set up. To reach the breakfast room, which overlooks a panoramic terrace, one must walk up a flight of stairs. In conclusion, I was rather disappointed. What a shame, because with small adjustments it could truly deserve the 4 stars!

Hotel converted from one of the few Liberty-style buildings that survived the notorious "sack of Palermo," overlooking one side onto a road leading to the city center with a ten-minute walk, and on the other side directly onto the adjacent park. Notable are the original period furnishings that give atmosphere to the environment. Comfortable rooms, well soundproofed, quality services. Breakfast room on the top floor with the possibility of outdoor seating, food choices including regional products. I am unable to provide judgments about the parking because I did not have a private vehicle during my stay.

Excellent facility close to the center on the most elegant street in Palermo, spacious rooms, a beautiful breakfast room with a great view, and very kind staff. A big compliment to Onofrio for his kindness and availability, an example for everyone to clone and pack in a suitcase.
