We stayed for a couple of days. Strategic location near the center, public transport, and a private beach. Very kind staff, especially Carmelo.

We had a really great time, the room is wonderful, like the whole hotel, the pool service and the proximity to the sea is priceless, you go down a staircase and you are already in the water..the breakfast is fantastic, you find everything and it is very abundant and then there is Mr. Carmelo at the bar who besides being very nice, makes a coffee and a cappuccino that are "out of this world".. everyone is very courteous, they accompany you when you go out and wait for you when you return, we arrived by car and I found Nicoletta at the parking lot, she even carried my suitcases in addition to welcoming us with a smile and friendliness.. the complete experience was fantastic

I spent a wonderful stay at the Hotel Hellenia in Giardini Naxos. The property is elegant, well-cared for in every detail, and situated in a splendid location, directly on the sea. The rooms are comfortable and always impeccably clean, as are all the hotel's areas. A special round of applause goes to all the staff: reception, dining room, bar, beach service, and housekeeping. Everyone proved to be professional, kind, smiling, and always available to satisfy every need with great courtesy. A special thanks to Mrs. Nicoletta, who with great kindness and helpfulness helped us take our luggage to our room, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Small gestures like this really make the difference and demonstrate the attention the hotel reserves for its guests. Heartfelt thanks! The services offered are also excellent: pool, private beach, restaurant, and breakfast, all organized with attention and quality. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, ideal for spending a vacation dedicated to comfort and relaxation. I thank the entire staff for making our stay truly special. We will definitely return, and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience in Giardini.
